   East Coast Explosion! 

...Kickin' asphalt and taking the clogging world by storm...

East Coast Explosion is NOT your average clogging team! It is a "parking lot" exhibition group. The directors, Nick Frazier and Matt Koziuk, get a group of willing dancers together at any workshop that has an exhibition showcase. Together, the cloggers choreograph an exhibition routine using unique steps and formations. They perform the dance, usually the same day, in the exhibition showcase. It's the perfect way for young people to come together in the spirit of friendship and promote excellence in the clogging art form.  The team has been a big hit, and the dancers always have a blast meeting new people and learning new dances. GO ECE!


** ECE's latest appearance was at the Florida Clogging Council's 18th Annual State Convention. The workshop was held on May 24-25, 2002 in Kissimmee, Florida. A total of 20 dancers helped to create and perform a brand new routine to a mix of music compiled by director Matt Koziuk. As usual, the performance rocked - the dancers and audience alike had a great time.**

Summer is here! And everyone knows what that means... it's time for the SunCoast Jamboree! ECE will next meet at this Daytona Beach-based convention, held on August 8-10, 2002.
